Jomwin33 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jomwin33 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Inaccurate or false information may result in your account being suspended or terminated, and any balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
Password Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. jomwin33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep those credentials secure.
- Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members or friends.
- Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Log out completely after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Jomwin33 platform users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and appropriate legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Distributing harmful, misleading, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Misusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contradicts their intended purpose.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
Jomwin33 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms and may investigate any activity suspected of breaching the rules without prior notice to the user.
4. Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the jomwin33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment methods used are in their own name. jomwin33 does not accept payments from third parties or from payment methods where the owner cannot be identified.
Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit is RM10 for most accepted payment methods, including online bank transfers and local eWallets. Deposited funds will be credited to your account once the transaction is successfully verified. jomwin33 is not liable for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in the account holder's name. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when certain limits are reached. jomwin33 reserves the right to pause withdrawal processing while a security investigation or identity verification is underway.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods set separately for each campaign. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus being forfeited. jomwin33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits, and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Jomwin33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, use of false information during registration, or a request from a competent authority. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a terms violation are not entitled to claim any remaining balance in those accounts.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the jomwin33 support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the required identity verification and review.
Platform Liability Limits
Jomwin33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service disruptions, internet connection failures, or unfavourable game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and without any implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jomwin33 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of jomwin33 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without explicit written consent from management.

The jomwin33 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. jomwin33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law, and Contact Us
